Vaccine e-commerce

Overview

Dasa, Brazil’s leading diagnostics company, launched an e-commerce platform to sell vaccines during the COVID-19 pandemic. A key differentiator: nurses would deliver and administer vaccines at the customer’s home.


The challenge


How can we optimize this unconventional e-commerce experience and support Dasa’s goal of becoming Brazil’s leading online vaccine provider?


My Role


I brought my extensive experience in conversion optimization and e-commerce to uncover high-impact UX and business opportunities.

 

  • Audited the MVP’s customer journey, identifying friction points in navigation, checkout, and mobile usability.
     

  • Provided strategic recommendations for layout simplification, communication clarity, and trust-building elements.
     

  • Analyzed user behavior to inform prioritization of improvements.

Helped Dasa improve user flow and ease of purchase in a high-stakes health context.


Contributed to a market-first initiative that made vaccine access safer and more convenient during the pandemic.
