Overview

I created and led this interactive training session to strengthen UX Research understanding across our team. The session covered core concepts like the Double Diamond model, generative vs. evaluative research, and how to choose the right research method based on hypotheses and product maturity.

It included real-world examples, discussion prompts, and a quiz to reinforce learning. This initiative helped align cross-functional teams around best practices and built confidence in applying research in product development.
